Beyond Talk Therapy

I believe self-understanding and change comes from tuning into the many aspects of ourselves, not only our thoughts and words. There will be talk in session, but also there will be invitations for experiential practices that go beyond conversation, like tuning into body sensations or sitting mindfully with a thought or feeling and noticing what unfolds from there.

Working with me

I care about therapy being a secure, nonjudgmental space where clients can comfortably “try on” new ways of being to see what fits. My style is warm, collaborative, compassionately accountable, and (when appropriate) playful.

I work with adult and teen clients who are experiencing grief, anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, and relationship issues.
